About

A grassroots republic, not a party

We The People Liberty and Justice — constitutional Americans, county by county.

As a truly grassroots movement, We the People Liberty and Justice is a nationwide movement of Constitutional Americans. We have implemented immediate initiatives in our local communities that are peaceful, legal, and Constitutional in response to the state of our Union.

We are seeking to grow our ongoing partnerships with our local Constitutional Sheriffs and our community leaders to ensure the safety and well-being of our families and communities in this time of uncertainty.

How it started

This first video is what brought us all together. Every single one of us had a desire to protect our families and to help teach and lead others to a state of readiness. We took our fears and did something about it. We have shared our knowledge, hopes and fears and have accomplished so much together as Americans. We do NOT give a dang tootin' where you sit politically, what color your skin is, who you share your bed with or how many cats you have. If you are an American, we need you! We are one nation under GOD and INDIVISIBLE! If Lisa strikes a chord in your soul, come be a part of WE THE PEOPLE LIBERTY AND JUSTICE. Please note we are peaceful, law-abiding citizens of the great REPUBLIC.

Standing initiatives

  • Constitutional Sheriffs

Partnerships with local sheriffs and community leaders to keep families safe under the Constitution, not around it.

  • County organization

Place every member in a state and region, then build down to the county — communications, medical, and prep at the level that actually answers a call.

  • Crisis medical teams

County-level medical capability so neighbors are not waiting on a distant agency when the weather or the grid has other plans.

  • Bonfires

Live teaching sessions on X. Documents below the fire, research on the table, and a chance to look hard at what is being presented — the goal is to educate, and to help America remain a republic.

Western North Carolina mountains after Hurricane Helene

Our adventures together

Hurricane Helene — boots on the ground

Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina, late September 2024.

When Hurricane Helene devastated Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina, WTPLAJ sprang into action. Within five days, boots were on the ground.

Members teamed up with Cajun Navy volunteers to deliver emergency supplies. Using Black Mountain as a staging area, the effort expanded through the region and established a forward operating base in Bakersville. Working with the mayor and town council, volunteers provided immediate assistance. They also collaborated with National Guard units and Gateway Relief in Spruce Pine, joining veteran groups — many of them branches of the Cajun Navy.

Over nearly three months, about 50 WTPLAJ volunteers came from Maine, Kansas, Florida, New Jersey, and beyond. They cut people out of homes, removed mud and debris, ran supply convoys, and stood up a temporary base camp with a kitchen and bathroom.

One of the lasting contributions was a GMRS radio repeater with a solar charger near Bakersville, so residents could stay connected after the storm. After 82 days the mission shifted from immediate relief to long-term recovery, including nearly 1,000 Christmas gifts for children in the Mitchell County foster care system.
